CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by LIVIBE, you will not be eligible for a return.

4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.

5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

  • It's a great table some of the brackets and base was slightly warped but we were still able to put it together with not alot of issues.

  • This company is absolutely useless I moved house and instantly when I purchased it I realised I put the wrong address so I immediately messaged them asking them to change it. I then messaged them constantly after this after no response. I contacted the courier. They then said that they put a request in to the company on MyDeal to confirm that it wouldn’t be delivered to my old house. They obviously never confirmed because it went to my old house. I then had to collect it and then once I built it and put everything together, I noticed there’s a massive crack in the table and it wouldn’t even be worth returning with posting packaging. Absolute joke of a company and they know it they’re a complete scam and I am going to work on finding a way to stop this from happening, and hopefully get my money returned.
