To be eligible for a return/ exchange/ refunds requests, your item must be in a saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging and as sold. Faulty Item/ Damaged Parcel: The best thing to do is to take a photo of the damage and forward it us as soon as possible, so we can take next steps in fixing the issue.We need the photo to clearly show:

The parcel label (clearly showing the Sendle reference number, for example: S3NDL3R), and
The damaged item.

Received Incorrect Item: Please contact us immediately if you received incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (*shipping cost of returns of incorrect items will be covered by us.)
