All parcels will be dispatched through Australia Post. If no one is home it will be carded for a collection at the local post office with a signature and ID.

Parcels are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours

Delivery varies by location, the expected time frame to receive your order is as follows;

If you are unable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees will apply.

Due to Government Health Regulations white goods, which include Quilts, Protectors, Pillows, Toppers, Underlays etc are not able to be returned for change of mind purchases.
Kindly note that management reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to. At our discretion a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items which have been opened.

  • I was very disappointed when this blanket arrived. It said it was a thick heavy warm mink blanket but when it arrived it was not thick at all. Quiet thin actually, I put it on the bed only ending up getting up to get the older one. I wanted a spear so I could get the other one cleaned. If you are looking for a thick warm winter blanket with a bit of weight to it this isn’t it. I don’t recommend this blanket at all. I would certainly never purchase another one in this brand.
