This innovative design offers superior insulating properties while allowing for the creation of lighter, more comfortable quilts that perfectly regulate sleeping temperature.

LOW ALLERGY

The wool fill in all MiniJumbuk products has been treated with Ultra-Fresh. This is an anti-bacterial treatment that provides lasting freshness and hygiene for effective limitation of dust mites.

Our wool products have been independently tested to international standards and proved to be effective in the control of dust mites, making them suitable for people with allergy and asthma concerns.

CARE & CLEANING

The quilt may be machine washed in a front loader washing machine on a gentle, wool cycle, or it can be dry cleaned. However, we recommend regular airing, preferably outside. Regular airing in sunlight will reduce the need for frequent washing.

Air and shake out regularly to main loft
Warm (40C) machine wash on wool cycle
Do not bleach
Dry naturally or tumble dry on low setting
May be dry cleaned (air well afterwards)

WARNING: Excess heat and agitation will damage this fine wool product and should be avoided during the cleaning process. Our guarantee does not cover quilts that are incorrectly laundered.

Our returns policy is simple, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you will have up to 60 days to return it back to us for a refund or exchange. This is just a part of our service guarantee to our customer.

Return & Exchange Terms & Conditions
1. All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
2. Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
3. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from when the original order was placed.
4. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
6. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
7. Due to reasons pertaining to hygiene, earrings cannot be returned.

Any breakage, damage or gradual degradation of the jewellery due to normal wear, is not covered by this guarantee.

BEDDING AND FOOTWEAR

Please keep in mind that we have a different return policy for bedding and footwear items. We are happy to accept change of mind returns if requests are made within 30 days of it being delivered to you. After this period we won't accept returns for unwanted items so please get in touch with us as soon as you can!
