Returns Policy

• Under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not have to give a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about a product. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by Consumer Guarantees.
• Strictly, no refund on personal items or if you have opened the box.

Address Change

If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us, you will be subject to a return to sender fee if we are unable to change the details before despatch, and a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the customer.
