90-Day Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 90-day return policy for change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it

• Unworn or unused

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns without prior request may not be accepted.

Shipping costs for change of mind returns are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assess each case and provide a suitable remedy in line with your rights.

• No specific timeframe is required to report a fault; please contact us as soon as you're aware of the issue.

• If the product is confirmed faulty or damaged, a full refund will be issued, and you will not be required to return the item.

• Return postage for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us, if a return is needed.

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
