Change of Mind

We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product. You will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost of the product.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

  • heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
  • consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
  • health products;
  • jewellery;
  • toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
  • intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badges, or which were discounted with a coupon or promo code) will also be ineligible for change of mind returns.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

  • we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
  • we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  • Took a little getting use to. A little noisy Had too change a few dish sizes. Such as dinner plates ours were to large, not to much of a problem,will not hurt to have smaller portions, also cereal bowls. Will get use to that. I think my husband has enjoyed the change. Only 1 other small problem you are not able to fix that. Got in touch with electricity company and our off peak time is 1am. Not a suitable time to run a dish washer, we can live with that. Water rating comsumption not too good. Has been doing a good job so far. May do a follow up a little further down the track. Was recommended by my sister-in law. Regards J&Y Kennedy

  • Fantastic, cleans dishes really well, plan on using in the caravan, it will be a great asset

  • I find this little unit a bit of a mixed bag. It works well ( although I did have a temporary glitch but I think that was more my doing than the appliances fault), and it cleans better than expected. However it really isn't suitable for pans or heavily soiled plates. I use mine for cups and glasses only and it does a good job of those. I could imagine it would be very handy for washing baby bottles or for a single person in rental accommodation with limited space. My husband and I drink a lot of tea and coffee throughout the day so I wanted the washer for keeping the clutter out of the sink and save on water and it definitely does that. I do think it's a bit pricey for what you get.
