Electrical spare parts only warranted when fitted by a qualified electrical repairer and certificate number given
Gas spare parts only warranted when fitted by a qualified Gas and certificate number given
Any parts that require a licensed repairer to install, we require sufficient documentation it has been fitted by one
All items remain the property of Agency Spare Parts until full payment of the item/s is received
Certain items, such as Plastic and Copper, do not come with a warranty. Additionally, items that manufacturers do not warrant are also excluded from warranty.
