While we strive for same day shipping Australia-wide for all orders placed before 2pm, all orders placed through Factory Direct Nutrition are processed within a maximum of 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If in the rare occurrence that there will be a delay further than 2 business days in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Return Policy
