Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product experiences a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For issues that do not constitute a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
We also offer a change-of-mind returns policy as a courtesy. Items may be returned within three days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in the form of a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with your rights under the ACL.
