This MedSense Digital Infrared Thermometer is the ultimate baby thermometer for taking quick, accurate readings on babies and children. It can be used as an ear thermometer, forehead thermometer and object thermometer - measuring temperature quickly and accurately with its instant readings in just one second.

The MedSense digital thermometer is easy to use and understand as it comes with a multi-coloured backlight display and audible alerts when body temperatures are high. With proven clinical accuracy, a durable lightweight design, memory for the last 9 results and results reading in either oC or oF, it makes a great thermometer to use at home or to bring when travelling.

After 30 days, any faults or issues will be handled according to our warranty policy guidelines. Please contact us to troubleshoot or arrange a product return.

Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a change of mind, or if the product is significantly different from what was shown or described to you, or if it does not perform as expected based on our claims, you have the following options: refund, repair, or exchange. To qualify, the product must be returned to us within 30 days, with all packaging and accessories intact, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be imposed for change-of-mind refunds, except in cases where the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in which case you will be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return an Item:

To return an item, please contact us to obtain an RA number and detailed return instructions. Please note that any returns sent back to us without a valid RA number will be rejected.

Postage Charges:

For faulty items, we will cover the postage charges. When you contact us to obtain your RA number, we will provide a return label for your convenience. However, for items returned due to a change of mind, customers will be responsible for all postage charges. We recommend using registered insured post for all returns, as Orderun will not be held liable for any lost products during transit.
