Thanks for the opportunity to respond. After waiting 16 days for arrival I was disappointed to receive the wrong product. Instead of a 3 tier, 300mm capacity wall garden (2 off) I received a 4 tier, 12 x 150mm wall garden. I had already purchased the plants to fit 6 300mm containers so had to buy $60.00 of new plants to fit 150mm containers. I would have returned supplied product but growing time coming to end. New pots look ok but would have more dramatic presentation with 300mm. Yours in frustration Gary.

The only reason I haven't given a 5 star to this product is because the two plastic holding frames were cracked and in the same place. This damage could have happened during shipping. Also there were four screws short of the screw holes although there were the amount stipulated in the given pamphlet. We didn't discover the breaks until putting the frames up. However we could see that the screws were holding the frames very securely to the block wall and the breaks would not interfere with the strength needed to hold the filled pots. They look really lovely planted out. They are a generous size pot and a good product and system in spite of our hiccup. I plan to buy one more so I can add more herbs to the grouping.
