Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days, however, we may experience slight delays across peak sales periods.
Our warehouse will be closed for order dispatch from December 21st until January 8th. Please order by Tuesday 10th December for the best chance of delivery before Christmas, subject to change as per Australia Post. For any orders place between our closure period, these orders will all be dispatched by Friday January 10th.
Returns Policy

Please note, it is the purchasers’ responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is entered at time of order placement, we are unable to amend or redirect this once the order has been received.

Damaged on arrival/incorrect product
We do our best to ensure the correct item arrives to you safely and undamaged however, on occasion damages can occur in transit.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and share photos of the packaging and item as this will help us quickly resolve the issue.
Faulty items
Our items come with guarantees in line with Australian Consumer Law, if the problem is major, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse if the problem has arisen due to the item being misused.
If you believe there is a fault with the item, please contact us as soon as possible and include details and photos/video as this will help us quickly resolve the issue.
