Dolin is one of very few remaining independent vermouth manufacturers, and the last to produce Vermouth de Chambéry using the same techniques that won Chambéry France's only Appellation d'Origine Controllée. Their bitters are made by steeping herbs, aromatic plants, and fruits in neutral alcohol. Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry has long been the benchmark for good Vermouth, having been made to the same recipes since 1821. Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry is vermouth produced with premium wines and botanicals grown in the Alpine meadows above Chambéry. They combine to create a fresh and elegant nose, as well as a subtle and complex palate. As an aperitif or in cocktails, it's perfect.
