Mangrove Jacks sunglasses are warrantied to the original purchaser for three (3) months from the date of purchase against any defect in materials. This warranty is void if original lenses or frames are altered. Mangrove Jacks will replace, at our option, any pair of Mangrove Jacks sunglasses found to be defective—exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping cost.

Shipping Details

We send all orders within Australia via Australia Post Standard or Express Delivery Satchels or Star Track FPP, for all International orders you will receive via Australia Post Standard or Express. We provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order from dispatch right to your doorstep. For all Tracking information please check your Customer Account or the Email that was sent to your registered email address upon confirmation of shipping.

 

Orders received before 2pm Mon-Fri will in a majority of cases be posted the same day. For orders placed after 2pm or on weekends shipping will take place the following business day. (payment must be received prior to shipping). Occasionally we will need an extra day or two to ship certain items which are not held in stock. You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.Australian rural areas may take a little longer.

We will accept your returned items for exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase, however there are a few conditions.:
 
You must contact our customer care office for a Return Authorisation.
The product must be unworn and with swing tags and packaging intact.
You must return them using Australia Post insured and registered at your cost.

Dry with a "microfibre" cloth. Do not clean with a tissue.
Allowing salt water to dry on your sunglasses can cause corrosion to metal parts and may cause the lenses to be scratched if wiped with a dry cloth.
Do not leave your sunglasses on the dash board or console of your car as distortion and damage may occur to frames and lenses from excessive heat.
To avoid hinge and screw damage, remove sunglasses from your face with both hands.
Always store your sunglasses in their case for extra protection.
