Our patent pending Magnetic Tile Toppers are compatible with all major magnetic tile brands. They fit a standard 7.5cm x 7.5cm square tile.

Learn & Grow Magnetic Tiles have been designed to encourage imagination and inspire open-ended play.

Returns Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us immediately.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions.

Change of mind

If for any reason you have changed your mind about your order and would like to return your order.
Please email us immediately.
You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in the same box/packaging it has been received.
Please send us the tracking number for the returned item. Once received, you will receive a store credit for the value of the item.
Returns that are damaged, used, sent back with opened packaging, soiled, or altered will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender.
Shipping costs on returned orders and replacements are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a return label and replacement where applicable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at your expense, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If an item is damaged or faulty we will aim to replace the item. However, if an item is out of stock or discontinued, we will arrange a refund. Please contact us if you have received an item that has been damaged in the post or is faulty upon receipt.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
