Any accessories and parts included
Not assembled (including partially assembled)
In a re-sellable condition
A 20% restocking fee will apply for any change-of-mind returns (where the above conditions are also met). OOS Living will not be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping unless the product(s) are damaged in transit by our nominated carrier(s) or is deemed to have a manufacturing fault.
Exclusions:
Bulk orders will be signed off by both parties and are non-refundable.

Very nice looking piece of furniture which is also a very functional desk. Like it so much, that I will be buying the matching filing cabinet when it is back in stock. The negative was assembling it which did require 2 people and took a few hours.
