This elegant-looking piano has been designed to make a striking appearance where space may be an issue and yet maintain the look and feel of the quality design of a classic hand-finished white polished piano with it's obvious bold features, all in one package.
Maestro offers you a grand piano experience with the new 7 Expanded Sound Source Series Technology that has captured the sound of a famous Japanese Grand Piano and allows you to experience the state-of-the-art sampling technology from the Masters of European Sound Design teams. This allows a piano of this design and level of manufacturing to now compete with many higher-priced and well-branded instruments at an affordable pricepoint.
The Maestro MGP1000 is an Elegant 95 Cm deep Baby Grand Piano enclosure with a sleek Black gloss finish to give the beautiful look of an acoustic grand piano. To make this look even more realistic, the fallboard is able to be closed just so that it is covering the panel controls, leaving just the keys showing. The keybed has been specially designed along the European line of pianos. It has an exceptional response to different nuances and expressions in a pianist's playing to reproduce the sound to suit your playing style, and the progressive hammer action keys provide the player with the experience provided by a true grand piano.
Elegant Design and Build
The MAESTRO MGP1000 Series combines an elegant compact Baby Grand Piano design with exquisite polished ebony cabinet and a modern leg design. The classic three leg corinthian style design for perfect balance combined with the three-pedal foot print allows it to look and perform similar to the traditional grand piano. It also has 88 graded hammer action keys which helps to recreate a similar feel and touch of grand piano making it heavier at the bottom and faster return at the top.
Exquisite Dedicated Piano Reproduction
Similar to a grand piano the new Dream Series technology under the hood has all of its resources dedicated to recreating the sound, timbre and nuances of a patented sampled famous six-foot Japanese grand piano, utilising the smart technology of the European French Series 7 Dream Chip.
Wireless Streaming
With the advent of the growth in wireless protocol, the MGP1000 also incorporates Bluetooth technology, allowing you to connect your mobile device or computer for audio playback through the piano's in-built stereo speakers - the perfect piano partner for you to play along with your favourite pieces. Couple this with the headphones output and you have the perfect setting for practice and relaxation.
Digital Connectivity
Digital Connectivity The MAESTRO MGP1000 features a USB input and cable for an easy, driverless computer connection. Switch on the MDP1000 and it instantly calls up the grand piano voice. With the USB interface, you can connect seamlessly to your computer and use the 88-weighted piano keyboard as a controller for your software, opening up endless possibilities for sounds and voices in your digital sound library.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Thanks for shopping at Bavas Music City - Satisfaction Guarantee clause on what can be returned? We are aware that sometimes through internet it can be difficult to choose items and all ONLINE sales are subject to our conditions. When you buy you should choose carefully.
We don’t automatically refund because you simply changed your mind unless this was explicitly a condition of the sale or included in advertising material. Remember to always keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
UNUSED items maybe returned back to Bava’s Music City for a CREDIT NOTE ONLY to EXCHANGE . Also Some restrictions apply,
You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the goods you have purchased are:
Faulty
Differ significantly to those shown, advertised or described to you, or
Do not do what they are reasonably expected to do
Some items are non-refundable, such as:
Sheet music, CDs, DVDs, magazines and books cannot be returned due to copyright.
Computer software cannot be returned due to copyright.
Consumables such as guitar strings, cables included in packages etc, cannot be returned
Recorders, vocal microphones, in ear monitors, reeds, harmonicas and mouthpieces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, nor can any item that comes into contact with bodily fluids.
When do items need to be returned by?
Within 10 days of purchase.
Do you have a restocking / Service Fee?
Yes restocking fees only apply to items that are returned unused or change of mind purchases. the restocking fee is 25% of the purchase price. In this situation, freight and handling on the original invoice are not part of the Credit policy. It will be your responsibility to organise the return on the product in a safe and well-packed manner. We can sometimes organise the return but our shipping costs to pickup are not the same as delivering goods to a customer due to logistical reasons from our transport /carrier.
WARRANTY
We sell and supply many brands and products to our customers .As such the warranty of a product is on the Suppliers or Brand Website .We cannot be held responsible for any manufacturing fault but we can assist you in claiming your product for a legitimate warranty claim as an extra service on your behalf .
Once your email has been recieved Bavas Music City, will process your return claim, this process can take up to 2 weeks from the date your email was recived, Please note: Shipping is not included and you will be required to organise and pay the return shipping to Bavas Music City, if you choose to exchange your product you will be required to pay for return and return back to Sender shipping

Once your email has been received Bavas Music City, will process your warranty claim with the relevant Wholesale / Distributer, this process can take up to 10 weeks from the date your email is received, Please note: Once you return the item to the supplier the onus is on them to deem the fault as a warranty issue with you the purchaser being the end user
Non-Warranty Repairs
Bava's city Sydney, has Australia’s largest repair network, we are more than happy to assist you with None warranty repairs, please note: none warranty repairs are on a Quote by Quote Basis and are subject to an upfront $90.00 fee + Freight (non Refundable ) to process your request .If you choose to repair you unit then the $90 fee will be deducted from the repair cost .You will be advised of hte final cost before we proceed to repair your tiem . Please note: your warranty repair can take up to 3 months to be repaired and returned back to you ,In some instances items may not be able not be repaired .
SHIPPING for Returns?
Shipping costs are NON refundable, shipping is NOT covered under warranty, customers are required to pay for return shipping to Bavas Music City, or to service agents
Faulty or Defective Items
If a product is found to be faulty or dead on arrival (DOA) within 7 days of purchase, BMC will replace the product. If a product develops a fault outside of the first 7 days, BMC will facilitate the repair or replacement in conjunction with the warranty provided by the Australian distributor. If a returned product is tested and found not to be faulty, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Packing materials?
All Products need to be in orginal undamaged packaging for returns,
Bava's Music City does not accept liability for returned goods damaged in transit, so pack your returned goods carefully. Always keep original boxes for your equipment so you can safely move or send your unit for repair. If you do need to send the unit back without the original packaging, make sure it is packed and padded securely as damage tends to occur to poorly packaged returns.and we will not accept liability .
