If you contact us after it's been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. You can return it to our AU warehouse once you receive the package. If we did not process your order, we are able to cancel it per your request.
Tracking numbers will be sent to the customers once we shipped out the package.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico and all outlying US territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.
