NEVEC's existing Thermal Energy reserve is running low, and the fate of the Coronis mission depends on the natural source of the energy supply being located. Realizing the opportunity for a huge pay-off and early ticket home, Jim braves the risk of the treacherous environment and threat of the indigenous Akrid. Acting as a home away from home and boasting an array of tools that can assist Jim on the field, the utility rig provides Jim's safety and is essential for not only his contract work but also his protection against the ever-changing climate.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.

We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.

Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund.
