Use hot to relax muscles and reduce pain, use cold to help reduce swelling and inflammation. Livingstone Hot and Cold Pack is reusable, freezable and microwaveable. Comes in pair, whilst one is being used, have another one ready as spare. A pair of matching non-woven pouches is also included for the fabric feel and touch.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
We will accept “change of mind” return at customer expense, customer will pay for freight, goods must be returned in original unopened, unused packaging. Fee may apply.
For faulty goods, we will replace or credit at our discretion.

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
