Shipping Details

We offer standard shipping within Australia at check-out at a rate of $12.95 (with the exception of Oversize items that have an Oversize Shipping rate). At this stage we only deliver to within Australia and are unable to deliver to Drop Boxes or PO Boxes.

Orders placed before 9am (AEDT) Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 9am (AEDT) will be dispatched by the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow for delays of 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions, warehouse sales, public holidays and over holiday periods. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm (Public holidays excepted). Please note that new contactless delivery measures have been put in place by our delivery partners.

**DELIVERY TIMES Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control. We do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with all of your tracking details.  Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reach your inbox, once it has left our warehouse. If you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details within 48hours, please contact us so we can lodge an enquiry for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS If there is an error with your address, please contact us via your MyDeal account and we will endeavour to amend it. However due the fast processing times of our online warehouse this is not guaranteed. We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

INCOMPLETE ORDER There may be rare instances when items purchased are sold out/unavailable on the same day of purchase. When this happens, the remainder of your order will still be dispatched. A member of our team will be in touch, to either source the missing item from one of our supply partners or in the event that the item cannot be located or is sold out a refund will be processed on your behalf. Orders are subject to availability and Gigi&Tom reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, including due to unavailability.

 

Damaged or Faulty Product
 
We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
 
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. We ask that you contact us so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
 
Please do not ship back any items before you contact us.
 
 
Change of Mind Returns
 
If you have a change of mind on your order and provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we may offer you a refund within 30 days of you receiving your order, provided the products are returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions and items are returned in original, unwashed and unused condition with all tags still attached.
 
Please note a flat fee of $12.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping, or the relevant oversized postage rate.
 
If you wish to enquire about a change of mind return please contact the team. Please do not ship back any items before contacting us.
 
 
 
Exchanges
 
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow our returns process and return the original item and place a new order
 
 
 
How long does it take to process my return?
 
Upon receiving your return, we will send you an email to let you know that it has arrived. We aim to process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email when we have processed your refund.
 
Your refund will be processed back to the original credit card you made the purchase with. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
