Linden Tea

Linden (Tilia europaea) has for many years been used as a tonic to reduce stress and anxiety. Also known as a herb that can detoxify by inducing increased sweating due to the P-coumaric acid compounds found within. Arthritis sufferers may find this herb useful as it is known to reduce inflammation.
The other main benefit of Linden tea is it's ability to reduce digestive pain and discomfort.

Linden is a powerful herb and therefore we recommend no more than 3 cups a day

1. Place Linden herbs in a cup of hot water for 5 minutes.
