The SMART Tag for your bag
Should a bag go missing, The Retreev SMART tag will allow anyone to help get it back to its owner swiftly and securely. Identity theft is rising, and old baggage tags have your name, contact details and home address written in plain sight! No personal details are displayed on your Retreev tag. Every tag has a unique ID that is linked to a secure Retreev account. Made of reinforced stainless steel, a Retreev ring can withstand more than 50kg/ 110lbs of force. The metal ring and eyelet have been engineered to keep the tag in place and attached to any bag, no matter what.
HOW TO SET UP A TAG:
Step 1: Activate your tag by tapping the tag, scanning the QR code or entering the unique ID found on the tag into retreev.com/setup
Step 2: Complete your personal details to be contactable when your bag is found.
Step 3: The tag is now activated! Attach the tag to your bag, and you're good to go.
HOW TO RETURN A LOST BAG:
Step 1: A person taps the tag, scans the QR code or enters the unique ID into retreev.com/return using their phone.
Step 2: You'll recieve an email and text message alerting you that your bag has been found.
Step 3: You can now easily contact the person to arrange the safe return of your lost bag.

Once payment is confirmed, items will be dispatched within 1 business day.
All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide . We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia. Delivery will take between 2 and 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer delivery time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification containing tracking details. Please contact us if your order is not delivered within the mentioned time frame.
No delivery to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:
heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;
toppers, underlays, pillows and quilts;
intimates (including underwear, swimwear, socks and hosiery).
Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badge) are also ineligible for change of mind returns.
We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or
we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this this policy.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
