At Appliance Giant, we offer a 14-day change of mind return policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item within this period, please contact usfor return approval. Returns incur a 20% restocking or change of mind fee. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a resolution accordingly.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the return delivery.
Fees may apply in certain circumstances.
All our products at Appliance Giant are backed by a minimum manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months, covering defects and faults in materials or workmanship. Some products may have a different warranty period, which will be specified in the product description.
If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us to raise a warranty claim. Our team will assess the issue and provide the appropriate resolution based on the manufacturer's warranty terms.
