Change of Mind Return:
We have a 7-day refund policy for change of mind (from the day you receive the item).
Unopened change of mind return:
The goods must be unopened and strictly in original condition. The refund will be the total price paid less $10 or the actual freight charged, whatever is higher.

We reserve our right to refuse a return and refund on an item found to be in un-resalable condition and or with missing parts or packaging. We cannot accept returns on software or any other consumable product once the packaging/seal has been opened. This monitor is really well positioned to provide ergonomic viewing options, good image quality, and performance suitable to business uses. Installed on my standing desk I love that I can adjust the viewing height, vertical and horizontal angles and turn the monitor to face different parts of the room.
