Warranty
We offer an exclusive 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against all manufacturers’ defects on all our products.
Manufacturers’ defects mean flaws or defects arising from the manufacturing process. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage from handling or improper use are not covered.
We do not offer repairs. If your warranty claim is approved you will be required to return the defective item and a replacement will be provided.
This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses or prescription lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; third parties' modifications or repairs as well as any damage caused by general day to day wear and tear.
ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO A CASE BY CASE EVALUATION.
Returns
All of our designer eyewear are eligible for return within 100 days of receipt of shipment and you can decide whether you prefer to receive a refund or an exchange for another item(s).
Conditions of acceptance
The item(s) must be returned in the original condition and packaging with all included tags and accessories.
The return shipping fee will be at the customer's expense and non-refundable.
The size of the eyewear products is the lens width of the items in millimeters. For full size information, please get in touch with our customer service.

My glasses did not fit my face :(
You deserve the perfect fit, and it is only natural that your frames may need some adjustments when you receive them. At vision360global, we’ve got your back and provide you with a solution. You can take advantage of our Free In-Store Adjustment policy by taking your frames to any optical shop to have them adjusted. If they charge you for the adjustment service, email us a copy of the receipt, and we’ll reimburse you up to AU$15! (**Conditions Apply)

** The Free In-Store adjustment policy only accepts applications submitted within 30 days after the arrival of the item.
** The Free In-Store adjustment policy only covers frame-fitting adjustments, not any modifications (e.g., installing new lenses is not covered).
