Charging Function Compatibility:

1. The USB-C female port is for USB Power Delivery.

* When using a USB-C PD power adapter, the charging function is applied to:

- MacBook 12, New MacBook Air 13, MacBook Pro 13/15/16 with Thunderbolt 3 ports.

- Windows laptops with USB PD Function.

- Chromebooks with USB PD Function.

- Tablets and phones with USB PD Function.

* When using a Quick Charge/normal power adapter or your device doesn't support USB PD function,

the charging may be slow or not work for devices like Samsung TabPro S/Galaxy Tab S3/some others.

2. The USB-A female ports support power output, but the power supply is mainly determined by your host device.

- Some high-power USB peripherals may not boot up due to the limit power supply from USB-A ports, like 3.5mm external disk, printer, etc.

- Not powerful enough to charge iPad Pro and other tablets with USB-A ports.

Notes:

- Not support Apple SuperDrive and Nintendo Switch.

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

We use multiple couriers to get the best possible delivery times. Most parcels will be sent with AU post however depending on the location we may also use Sendle.
Most items will arrive in 3-10 working days AU wide. In the rare instance that a delivery takes longer than this, please contact us to work out a solution.

We accept delivery to PO Boxes and parcel collect addresses.

If however there is any fault with the item, it will be inspected upon receipt and a full refund will be issued including the return postage. You can be sure that if the item is faulty you are fully covered and will not be out of pocket for any postage costs.
