With a 4.8V battery and 2.4GHz controller, these RC trucks can travel a distance of 25 metres and allow 25 minutes of playtime per use. This powerful RC Mercedes-Benz Crane travels forward, backward, left and right. The boom lifts and lowers, as well as the hook, go up and down, so securing that load is accurate to perfection.

Change of Mind

We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product. You will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost of the product.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture, mattresses, large or heavy appliances);
consumables (e.g. cosmetics);
health products;
jewellery;

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
