Change of mind requests

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The product should have the same condition as it was received.
Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Must return within 14-days

For returns due to change of mind, the cost of the freight to return the item shall be paid by the customer.

To start a return, please send the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages/Warranty Claims

Refunds
