Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order. If the parcel is returned to us as a result of incorrect or incomplete address, your order will be refunded minus the shipping and handling cost.
Once an order is placed, in most cases it is not possible for us to alter / make corrections to shipping addresses. We will need you to cancel the order so you can place a new one with the correct shipping details.
Please choose carefully before you place your order, as We do not give refund if you simply change of mind or make a wrong selection.
The buyer has the responsibility to have the correct address in their system.
Buyer absorbs the risk if the package returned because of incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Buyer will be responsible for additional charges to have the package reshipped.
We will fully refund and cover the return shipping costs if the item is faulty because of our error (not as advertised). The item you send back to us must be in the original box, unopened, and resale-able condition.
This returns policy comes into effect after an order has been sent out from our warehouse.
NB: Our products are children toys for children. Boxes will usually have some kind of shelf wear or dents. We cannot guarantee collector's grade mint boxes.
