Service Description
This Prepaid Plan is powered by the Vodafone 4G network. To save more, you can choose the Lebara Large Plan with 180 days or 360 days expiry.
You can keep your existing mobile number or Lebara can provide you with a new one. However, Lebara can only be used within Australia. International roaming services are not available.
International Inclusions
This Lebara Large Plan includes unlimited standard calls and text to 50 selected countries: Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, USA, Venezuela, Vietnam, Italy, Greece, Guam, Slovenia, Turkey, France (fixed), Taiwan (fixed) and Austria (fixed).
This plan also includes 300 minutes to Zone 1 countries and 50 minutes to Zone 2 countries (per 30 days).
Zone 1 countries: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Austria, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Greece, Iran, Italy, Jordan, Laos, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Paraguay, Philippines, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, United Arab Emirates.

Data Banking
Lebara plans now come with up to 200GB mobile data banking so you can keep your unused data each month. Your remaining data at the end of each recharge period will rollover to your bank where you can store it for as long as you continue your Lebara service. At expiry of your plan, you have a 48-hour grace period to purchase another eligible plan, otherwise you lose your data bank balance.
Data Gifting
You may gift up to a total 10GB of data in any one day period from your databank to other Australian Lebara customers who are on a databank plan with an activated databank. A cap of 5 transfers, with a maximum of 2GB each, per day applies. Included and bonus data cannot be gifted until it has been banked into your databank at the end of the 30 day period. Data from data packs cannot be gifted (only data from your databank).
Plan Exclusions
This service does not include calls made, SMS sent and Data used when you are roaming onto a network other than the Vodafone Digital Mobile Network, including Australian and international networks, premium rate numbers, international destinations using 0015 and 0019 numbers, Calls and SMS to international numbers, premium and re-routed SMS, voice call diverts, any form of video calls. Plus, use of the VHA Network that is for a commercial purpose or for resale by you and any voice call, SMS or MMS which is rerouted by a third party and/or re-routed to an international destination or to a premium number or service, calls and SMS to the Pivotel Network.
Warranty Policy
All new products sold by Personal Digital come with Australian Manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturer faults, excluding any misuse of the product (Physical or liquid damage etc). Usually this period is 12 - 24 months depending on the item. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims. We can do this claim for you too, however may take a little longer.
Returns Policy
1 . If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, less any restocking fee, if any.
2. If you cancel after we have dispatched the Goods(with 14 days of Receiving the item) , we will refund the price of the goods ONLY, less any restocking fee, if any. The goods must be returned in the SAME condition you received them in.
3. The option to cancel your order is not available if the Goods are:
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping.
