With an infrared thermometer from Le Feu, you can measure the surface temperature of your pizza stone to ensure that it is at the perfect temperature, and thus ensure that you get a perfectly crispy pizza base.
The thermometer can measure temperatures from -50 to 530 degrees Celsius. The temperature is read easily and quickly on the digital display.
