Shipping Details
Postage & Handling: Items are sent out via Australia Post registered mail with a Tracking number. Customers will receive an email notifying them that the item has been posted. Australia Post will send an email to customers with the Tracking number.
Larger or Heavier items that cannot be sent via Australia Post will be sent via a courier upon customer approval or customers can arrange to pick up in store. Larger or Heavier items over 10kg sent to NT, WA AND TAS will be charged an extra postage fee depending on the weight of the item. We will inform the customer prior to posting. If you have any questions or problems do arise please contact us.
