Returns & Change of Mind Policy
If you aren’t happy with your order from OTLink please get in touch as soon as possible. We can offer a change-of-mind return or exchange within 14 days, as long as the packaging and product are still in saleable condition, but please note this will attract a 10% restocking fee, and you'll need to cover the cost of the return postage to our warehouse.
If there is an issue with your product (eg. faulty or not as described), we can offer a return for refund or replacement at no cost to you. Just reach out to our friendly team for help.
Please make sure to keep the original packaging & product in saleable condition so we can provide the greatest number of options to remedy your concerns.
Warranty Claims
All Oceania Trade Link supplied products are covered by the warranty guarantees set out by the ACCC, and a number of our products feature a warranty above and beyond your consumer rights. Please check the product description for products that feature an extended warranty, and the ACCC website to see your rights as an Australian consumer. If a warranty issue arises with your order, please contact us through your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
