Returns & Change of Mind Policy
If you aren’t happy with your order from OTLink please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund within 14 days after receiving the order.
Change of mind returns may incur a 15% restocking fee, and you will need to pay the cost of the return delivery.
Please make sure to keep the original packaging & product in saleable condition so we can provide the greatest number of options to remedy your concerns.
Warranty Claims
All Oceania Trade Link supplied products are covered by the warranty guarantees set out by the ACCC, and a number of our products feature a warranty above and beyond your consumer rights. Please check the product description for products that feature an extended warranty, and the ACCC website to see your rights as an Australian consumer. If a warranty issue arises with your order, please contact us through your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
