Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These are a life saver especially when eating out doors they definitely keep the flies away we even take them with us when we go out in public and eat outdoors .

A great idea for inside and outside use. The straps that spin around to keep the flies away are soft and not harmful if a child tries to touch them (not recommended but you know kids!)
