Fluorite crystal is a unique feature of Kowa spotting scopes and is a testament to decades of Kowa optical developments.

Fluorite is considerably more difficult to handle than optical glass, it requires highly advanced processing technology.

You can enjoy smartphone digiscoping with Kowa TSN-550 series spotting scopes by using the Kowa TSN-AR66Z adapter ring - this ring pushes firmly over the eyepiece and connects our range of smartphone adapters to the scope. Also available is a dedicated universal DSLR/Compact System/Micro Four Thirds digiscoping adapter, the Kowa TSN-DA20. This new universal adapter is easy to connect and use.
