CHANGE OF MIND
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 7 day change of mind policy, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. You have 7 days period to return the product, you will have to bear return postage with a tracking number Once received and inspected, you will be refunded the transaction amount minus the original postage cost (we will advise once we inspect the product) minus $2 handling fee.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM
We do our best to package products with minimal chance of sustaining an injury while travelling to you. Sadly, we don't always win. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped in an unfortunate event, please take photos or video illustrating the damage/problem and contact us via your MyDeal account as soon as possible of any damage on delivery concerns, each case will be assessed on an individual basis. We will work with you to find an outcome that you're happy with. We will send out a replacement ASAP or offer a partial refund.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, broken or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us via your MyDeal Account and our customer care team will look after you.
WARRANTY CLAIMS

OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us and where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use following manufacturer's instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
