Alexa bed is packed with all the premium features. Such as- it is fully upholstered with premium quality Linen which not only looks good but also provides resiliency. The back part of the bed is wrapped in Black non-woven Fabric so that the price remains within the budget.
Sturdy Construction
Just like our other ranges, this bed also has strong and sturdy construction. Its high rise headboard and low footboard are supported by metal structure. High quality slats are given to ensure a great mattress support.
Storage Space
There are 2x storage drawers on each side of this bed, meaning there are total four drawers with enough storage space. This feature would be very much helpful for the city dwellers as now-a-days we have compact space but need more and more storage space!

If the purchased item is greater than 25kg, or too large for one person to carry, the buyer must have someone available to help the courier unload the item. Delivery can only be made to ground floor of any address.
We only ship items within Australia, we cannot deliver outside Australia. Insurance fee will be charged subject to the final price of the product. Please let us know with checkout instructions if you wish to pay this fee.
Customers are required to inspect packages upon delivery and photograph of any damage. In case of damage, they should either refuse delivery or mark the Proof of Delivery (POD) as "Damaged" to facilitate claims. Proper documentation is crucial for swift issue resolution. Accepting damaged freight without proper documentation may complicate or void claims.
Melbournians Furniture is not liable for any loss and/or damages during delivery if insurance fee is not paid. For sending our products, we use Standard Freight and Couriers for bulky items, and Standard Parcel Australia Post for smaller items. These are third parties and we have no control of what happens during transit.
Most purchased items will have a tracking number provided, so you can track your item's transit progress. For costs on shipping and handling, please use the Postage Calculator provided at the top of the page. The cost calculated in the postage calculator is the total shipping and handling costs, including registering and getting tracking numbers.
The estimated time shown is an estimate of when the product will be delivered. This is what is given to us from the delivery service and we are not responsible for a change in circumstances.
Our Freight Service that we use in Postage Calculation operates during Monday to Friday only. Couriers are available during the weekend, limited based on Courier's jobs on the day. As these are outside our regular Freight Service, additional costs may incur.
Please note that deliveries and postage are contracted out to a third party delivery service and we are not responsible for the condition that the item arrives in.

Warranty: All products come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified in the listing. If a product exhibits operational failure, defects, or arrives broken (Dead on Arrival, DOA), buyers should contact us immediately upon receiving the item. They should describe the issues and, if possible, include pictures.
If deemed DOA by us, full/partial refund or replacement of items may be given at both ours and buyer's discretion. Damages due to improper installation or negligence are not covered by Warranty. Buyer is responsible for any postage costs on returning items.
Returns Policy:
Any defects or manufacturing faults must be reported as soon as possible upon receiving the item. The issues should be described, and pictures should be included if possible.
Both parties must agree upon any returns or refunds before any are to be made final.
Refunds will only be complete upon receiving of returned item. Most deliveries require someone to be present to sign and accept the goods. If no-one is available at the designated time, delivery will be returned and another delivery fee will be charged for subsequent deliveries.
We will replace the goods or make full refund, if:
- The goods are not merchantable quality
- The goods don't match description
- The goods do not fit for the purpose
- And if the goods are returned unused in original package
We will not accept return or issue a refund, if:
- The goods arrived to you later than you'd expect.
- You've changed your mind or your circumstances changed.
Returned items which are non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
