We may allow some 'Change of mind' returns if:
the item is being returned with 2 days of receiving the parcel.
The item is unopened and in its original packaging.
Customer will pay their own shipping costs for all change of mind returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return conditions have been return and it is approved, then your refund will be processed.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In the case of Faulty or incorrect item received:
please notify the store immediately.
To be eligible for a return for wrong items received, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with wrapping.
We will send you a prepaid shipping label. Please pack the item safely, affix the prepaid shipping label and return the item as soon as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will ship the correct item immediately or a refund may be processed if requested by the customer.

Lost in transit:
For items lost in transit or delayed : we will investigate with Australia Post and once confirmed replacement item will be shipped or order refunded as preferred by the customer.
You must allow us time to investigate with Australia Post.
Damaged in transit items:
If the parcel received looks damaged in transit (e.g. leakage) please notify the Aust Post driver immediately and do not accept the parcel.
You may be required to take the damaged items (including all packaging material or broken pieces) to the local Australia Post office to lodge a claim.
Once the assessing officer has approved the claim, the refund will be processed or replacement items sent as preferred by the customer.
