We dispatch the products from Melbourne and our team in the warehouse work closely with us to dispatch the products as quickly as possible. We usually ship out within 2 days.

We ship within Australia only with regular shipping. We partner with several major courier companies (including Australia Post) to deliver the goods. Customers will receive notifications from the courier company.

The return postage with tracking to our 3rd party logistics warehouse in Clayton South in Victoria is borne by the customer. We issue a refund less a handling & re-stocking fee of $8 upon receipt of the item that is in a satisfactory re-sellable condition.
