We ship within Australia only with regular shipping. We partner with several major courier companies (including Australia Post) to deliver the goods. Customers will receive notifications from the courier company.

We issue a refund less a handling & re-stocking fee of $8 upon receipt of the item that is in a satisfactory re-sellable condition.
