        Processing Details

        Processing begins on the day your order is placed. Please be aware that orders must be placed by 4 PM AEST (GMT+10) to be processed the same day. Processing typically takes up to 2 business days, however, larger orders and freight shipments may require additional processing time. Once your order is processed, it is ready to be shipped.

         

        Shipping Conditions

        Delivery times can vary depending on several factors including the delivery location, the size and weight of the item, peak periods, and external circumstances such as adverse weather conditions and accessibility issues. As a result, not all shipping speeds or options are available at all times, and not every item or address may be eligible for all shipping types.

        During public holidays, shipping times may be longer as manufacturers and couriers reduce operations. These delays are beyond our control, but normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

        Tracking Your Order

        Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not find this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Should you still not receive your order confirmation, contact us so we can provide you with your order number.
        You will also receive an email notification when a shipping label is created. For larger orders, you may receive multiple email notifications.

         

        Cancellations

        Change Your Address

        Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff aims to pack and ship your order within 24 hours, which makes it challenging to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so we can make the necessary corrections to your package before it departs. While we cannot guarantee changes, especially once the order has left our warehouse, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
        Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

        30-day Return Policy

        We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

         

        Refund/Return Conditions

        To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. However, we also accept returns for items that show signs of use if they have a manufacturing defect or quality issue. We do not charge a restocking fee.
        Items that display obvious signs of use, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not related to our error, will not be eligible for a return. Additionally, items purchased more than 30 days ago are considered non-returnable.

         

        For Change of Mind

        If you change your mind about a purchase, please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost. You will also be responsible for the return postage. If the return is due to a product issue or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

         

        For Faulty or Damaged Items

        Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or if you receive the incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we ask that you send us photos to document the issue. In cases of defective products, we typically allow the customer to keep the item and send a free replacement. If the customer prefers to return the item for a refund, they must cover the delivery fee and provide us with a tracking number, which we will reimburse once the return is received and inspected. We will then refund the original purchase price and shipping fee.

        To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. As we do not have a physical retail location, all returns must be sent by mail.

        Submit a Return Request: Contact us via chat or email with your name, email address, order number, and reason for the return. Include photos if the item is damaged or has manufacturing issues. Please specify if you would like to receive a replacement item or a refund.

        Receive Return Instructions: Once your return is accepted, we will email you the return instructions, including the specific address in Brisbane, Queensland, to which you should send your package.

        Label Your Package: Clearly label your return package with the provided address. Make sure to include your original order number and your full name on the package.

        Send Your Item: Post your item to the provided address and email us the return tracking number.

        Inspection and Notification: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Returned items must be in "as-new" condition, complete with original packaging and labels.
