Keybox Reinforcement Continuity System - U Bar System

The Keybox Reinforcement Continuity System offers a quick and easy method for maintaining reinforcement continuity at construction joints in concrete. Each unit features a galvanized steel casing, dimpled for effective concrete bonding, housing pre-bent bars protected by a removable cover. Upon removal, the bars can be straightened for lapping onto the main reinforcement using a Keybox re-bending tool.

Manufactured with ACRS approved Grade 500N bar, meeting AS/NZS 4671: 2001 standards, the Keybox system ensures reliable performance with a minimum yield of 500MPa and uniform elongation of Agt 5%. Simplify formwork design without the need for drilling shuttering, ensuring a seamless and efficient reinforcement process.
