We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
2. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and sealed
3. A 15% re-stocking fee and applicable freight fees will be charged for COM returns

Below are issues occurs in the 1st month used by a 5 month old crawling baby: 1. Door is not working properly because the lock is always jammed 2. Panels never stay in place because suction plate does not working on my tile floor. I believe it would be worse on timber floor 3. Panel connectors getting loosen and the small cap will fall off which is a choking hazard! A bigger and stronger baby may easily loose connection caps by pushing panels and eat them.

Easy to put together and hides away well behind the lounge if you fold it flat. I ended up taking off the suction caps with pliers which works if you pull hard enough
