Polywood(R) is a specially treated timber manufactured by Tramontina in Brazil. Although Polywood is more resistant than normal timber, some precautions need to be taken when utilized in a restaurant or industrial place.

Care instructions:

After use, rinse immediately in warm soapy water and wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Do not leave unwashed cutlery overnight or for extended periods. Rinse food, salt or detergent off used knives promptly.
Do not use knives to open cans, cut bones, or other materials that might damage the edge and its cut.
Tramontina recommends the use of a commercial plastic dishwasher rack/basket when using any type of dishwasher, both commercial and residential.
