There are certain situations in which we allow returns; For example, faulty and incorrect items sent. If the item is damaged during transport, please contact the courier when receiving the item and notify us. Change of mind and exchange of items are allowed within 14 days upon receiving. Please note that buyer will be responsible for the return postage fee.
