JOY BABY Comet 4 Drawer Chest of Drawer Change Table - White

Not happy I bought this as a gift for my new granddaughter the drawers fall apart constantly. I feel quite embarrassed 😞

Purchased this chest of drawers on Feb 11th 2023. It arrived faulty with a large chip in the front drawer and the bottom skirting boards unable to fit / join. Length of skirting boards and hole position did not line up. This issue is still not resolved with the supplier and today is the 12th of March 2023. When first contacted they told me to buy and add a metal screw from Bunnings (which would be visible from the outside) and that the large chip was not fixable therefore they would offer a measly $40 discount for both issues. I did not accept this as I paid for full price and expect full quality. I am not interested in purchasing a second hand or faulty product. Instead as per my initial request I asked again for a replacement panels or replacement product or full return and refund. They then advised they would ship the replacement panels however it has been 1 week since that advise and this has not been shipped. Instead when following up on status I keep receiving the same reply. "I will forward this to our team and get back to you". My advise is DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This product is of low quality and the service is poor, slow and unreliable. I am still hopeful they will resolve this issue as we purchased this drawer for our first baby and really hope this is resolved before bubs arrival. Fingers crossed they follow through and send me the replacement panels so I can fix this faulty drawer asap
