Go seamlessly from packet to table with this specially designed microwave rice cooker.This thoughtful design provides all the tools necessary to measure, wash, cook and serve fluffy rice and grains.It comprises a large 2 L cooking pot with lid, a colander, a measuring cup and a multi-purpose rice paddle that simultaneously locks the lid closed for cooking and also provides two convenient carry handles.

To use, simply measure the desired quantity of rice or grains into the colander and then rinse and drain.Place the colander into the cooking pot, add the correct quantity of water and then secure the lid on top using the rice paddle.Fluff the rice or grains with the rice paddle before serving.

Dishwasher safe.All the products in the M-Cuisine range are suitable for all power ratings in domestic microwaves.The power rating (wattage) specified on the packaging is for guidance only.All microwaves vary, please adjust the cooking time to suit your appliance.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal, Afterpay or us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 2-3 working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

For products indicated as coming from a specialist 3rd party warehouse, please allow an additional 3 working days for dispatch.

If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or your online marketplace, within 30 days from the time you received your product, including any photos as evidence to support your claim. Please do not return any product without prior authority and the return address for the relevant warehouse.

This policy does not apply to products which have been:

Used
Damaged after delivery
Altered or attempted to be altered
Dropped or broken

All products must be returned in ‘as new’ condition including all of the original:

A copy of the Invoice or Packing Slip
Product/s
Accessories and parts, including screws and tape
Instruction and warranty leaflets and manuals
Shipping box
Retail packaging
Internal padding

Failure to comply may result in a repacking fee charged to you, the customer. This fee is charged at 20% of the original purchase price.

RETURNS

Change of Mind: For all change of mind returns, all postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer.

Faulty/Warranty Claims: Simply Stylish Homewares may choose to provide you with an Australia Post Return Label if the product is found to be faulty.

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving confirmation and instruction from us to the return address provided.

The customer assumes any risk of lost, theft or damage during transit. We advise you to take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. Simply Stylish Homewares will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Simply Stylish Homewares, and our suppliers, have the sole right to assess the condition of any returned product, before approving a refund, credit, or replacement.

Where possible, refunds will be processed and paid through a reversal of the initial customer transaction. An email, or message through the relevant online marketplace, will be sent acknowledging payment of your refund.
